1 hour session: Your first appointment includes a full case history, movement assessment, and clinical examination to understand the root cause of your symptoms. You’ll receive personalised treatment, along with tailored advice and exercises to support your recovery.
Follow-Up Appointment - £50
A follow-up session focuses on continued treatment, monitoring progress, and adjusting your care plan as needed. If you haven’t been seen for over a year, a longer new patient consultation will be required to reassess your condition.
Horse Rider Support Session - £60
1 hour session: Treatment tailored for horse riders to help improve posture, balance and flexibility both in and out of the saddle. Whether you’re managing discomfort or looking to enhance performance, sessions focus on keeping you moving comfortably and confidently.
Return to Sport Session - £60
1 hour session: Supportive treatment to help you safely return to sport following injury or time away. We focus on restoring movement, building strength, and reducing the risk of re-injury, with guidance tailored to your activity and goals.
Body MOT (Full Body Check & Treatment) - £60
1 hour session: A comprehensive osteopathic assessment and treatment designed to support overall movement, comfort, and long-term wellbeing.
This session looks at how your body is functioning as a whole, identifying areas of restriction, imbalance, or strain—even if you’re not currently in pain. Treatment is tailored to help improve mobility, reduce tension, and keep you moving well.
Ideal if you’d like a proactive approach to your health, are feeling generally stiff or out of balance, or simply want a thorough “check-up” for your body.
